The protection of personal data is important to us. We therefore process data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (DSGVO 2016/679, DSG 1999, TKG 2003). With the following data protection information we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of our website.

If our website offers the possibility of using personal data, the disclosure of this data by users is expressly voluntary. The use of all offered services is permitted – if and so far technically possible and reasonable – without specification of any personal data or under specification of anonymized data or an alias. The use of published contact data on this website by third parties to send information that has not been expressly requested is not permitted.

The employees and members of LINZ FMR are instructed and obliged to observe data protection and data security. In dealing with data collected by themselves and from third parties in the context of our work, they comply with the applicable data protection laws (DSVGO and DSG).

Personal data from third parties are processed for the following purposes: Processing of projects, invitations to events, processing of contracts. All processing activities are documented in a directory in accordance with Art. 30 DSGVO. In addition, LINZ FMR takes technical and organizational measures to ensure that such data and activities neither come to the knowledge of nor can be viewed by unauthorized persons.

Affected parties are basically entitled to the rights of information, correction, deletion, restriction, data transferability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in any way, you can complain to the supervisory authority:
